What do you like/dislike about this game?

I didn't exacty like the ending. I hated that SEGA tried to kill off Shadow. Actually, he was the reason I bought the game in the first place. I saw Shadow on the cover, and had to buy it. And I didn't even know his name at the time!

I just wish it had adventure fields.

yeah they could have done so much more with that game but they didn't because of all the complainers. They could have done something like other adventure games where you learn more about the characters through exploring different areas and have certain things that trigger flashbacks and stuff.

They could do that if they ever did a remake!

They already DID make a remake. Making a third one would be highly unlikely, but pretty darn awesome.

The things that I liked about this game:

The Chao Garden, and its upgrades compared to the last. Some of the music was good. LIVE AND LEARN. Eggman's theme. The plot wasn't that bad, either. 2 Player battle mode. (Although it'd have been sweet if they had 2 player coop.) Knuckles' rap songs were funny. (I know that its here, I sense it in my feet!)

The things that I DIDN'T like about this game: Cheesy lines, The introduction of Rouge and Shadow, but its not that bad to me now. (My sister thinks that Rouge is retarded. XD) Crazy Gadget. Nearly all of Shadow's level songs sucked. (White Jungle and Final Chase >_<) Escape from the City's vocals. (They just ruined the music.) All of Rouge's level songs were repetitive. Tails and Eggman's levels. (Eggman I can understand, but Tails!? ) Shadow's chest hair spreads like the plague. (No offense, Shadow. But it does. People bite off your style and it annoys me, but I feel like its you that should be really annoyed. If I were you, having the Babylon rouges all have chest hair and a raggedy shirt that resembles chest hair (<<Wave.) would be like a total backhand slap in my face.)

I mean a third REMAKE of SA2. And I don't consider next gen SA3. Its not worthy.

The graphics are not what I'm talking about. The graphics and cutscenes were very well done, its the plot I'm talking about. Even though SA2's plot wasn't the best out there, it was still enjoyable. Next gen is only enjoyable (to me) if I'm making fun of it. Watching it like a movie is also enjoyable since its really like a movie.

the gameplay look like hte best yet. and i've observed a lot.

I've alway's thought it's the plot and characters that matter. I seriously would've stopped playing SA2 the first cutscene if it weren't for the story. Those...cheap...graphics.

*Insert typical complaint about the camera*

Other than that, it's a great game IMO. My favorite Sonic title by far, and in 2nd place for my favorite title of all time. I actually LIKE the treasure hunting stages and shooting stages. ZOMG I'M DIFFERENT.

And of course, the Chao garden is awesome. That was the main reason I got the game. I still play it sometimes.
